Alcan Inc. to redeem debentures
Montreal, Canada - Alcan Inc. announced today that, on January 15,
2002, it will redeem all of its currently outstanding 8 ?% US $150
million debentures due on January 15, 2022. The redemption will be at
a price of 104.15%.
