NO GROLSCH BID FOR CARLING BREWERS
Grolsch does not intend to bid, either alone or jointly with others, in this week's auction of Carling Brewers.
In the light of its interests in the United Kingdom, including its links with Carling Brewers, Grolsch is actively investigating the available alternatives and is keeping all its options open.
This press release has been issued in connection with reports in the media yesterday and today concerning Grolsch's possible involvement in a bid for Carling Brewers.
