Kronos International announces completion of exchange offer
Kronos International, Inc. announces completion of exchange offer for
euro 285 million of Senior Secured Notes
Houston - Kronos International, Inc. ('KII') has announced the
completion of its previously announced offer to exchange euro 285
million aggregate principal amount of 8.875% Senior Secured Notes due
2009 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for a
like principal amount of unregistered 8.875% Senior Secured Notes due
2009. An aggregate principal amount of euro 279 million of the
unregistered notes were tendered in the exchange offer.
KII conducts NL Industries, Inc.'s (NYSE: NL) titanium dioxide pigments operations in Europe. NL Industries, Inc. is a major international producer of titanium dioxide pigments.
