solutions, today announced that it is capping off a summer of major
European customer wins with plans to attend and speak at the Global
OSS Forum in Barcelona, Spain, Sept. 23-25. NetCracker's presence at
this conference follows a series of key international customer wins
for its suite of OSS solutions including Scandinavian service provider
TeliaSonera, Lithuanian telecom provider Bite GSM (100 percent-owned
subsidiary of TDC), and Comstar, a Moscow-based provider of commercial
and residential voice and data services. In addition, NetCracker will
be participating the same week in INTRUS-2003, "Integration of
Services in Telecom" in Dubna, Russia.

is also scheduled to be a panelist on a discussion of OSS Integration
Strategies To Optimise Revenues And Network Performance, to be held
Sept. 23 at 5:40 p.m., in the same location.
