Alcan Inc. Declares Dividend
MONTREAL, Canada, September 23/PRNewswire/ -- Alcan Inc. (NYSE:
AL) today declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents, in US funds, per
Common Share, payable on December 20, 2004, to shareholders of record
at the close of business on November 19, 2004.
There are currently approximately 368.6 million Common Shares
outstanding.
