holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at
Roy Thomson Hall, 60 Simcoe Street, Toronto, Ontario commencing at
10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto time). The meeting will be webcast live and

financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005 on the
morning of the Annual Meeting.
