NedCar moet worden geherstructureerd
- besprekingen worden voortgezet op 11 april -
Born, 3 april 2006 - De onderhandelingen over de toekomst van NedCar
tussen de Raad van Commissarissen van NedCar, het NedCar management en
de sociale partners, hebben tot dusver niet tot een conclusie geleid
en zullen op 11 april worden voortgezet.
Mitsubishi Motors Corporation heeft NedCar verzocht een
herstructureringsplan op te stellen op basis van productie in één
dienst, gebaseerd op het huidige productievolume van de Mitsubishi
Colt en in de context van de voorgenomen productiestop van de smart
forfour.
Mitsubishi Motors Corporation bevestigt het blijvende commitment om de
productie van de huidige Colt bij NedCar ongewijzigd voort te zetten.
