Tridion positief gewaardeerd in Gartner's Rapport over Web Content Management Leveranciers

Amsterdam, 6 maart 2007 - Tridion, marktleider in Europa op het gebied van krachtige contentmanagement software voor zakelijke communicatieoplossingen, maakt vandaag bekend dat de organisatie een 'positive rating' heeft ontvangen voor Web Content Management van de vooraanstaande industry analist Gartner. In het Gartner rapport "MarketScope for Web Content Management, 2007" worden 14 leveranciers geëvalueerd.

Gartner bestempelt alleen organisaties als 'positief', indien zij "sterk zijn op meerdere terreinen en groot genoeg zijn om een groeistrategie te ondersteunen op een aanzienlijk marktdomein". Gartner raadt "potentiële klanten aan de betreffende leverancier op de shortlist te zetten om tegemoet te komen aan hun specifieke behoeften."

"Positive" rating in Leading Analyst Firm's Report

Amsterdam, March 6, 2007 - Tridion, today announced that it has received a "Positive"" rating for Web Content Management from leading industry analyst firm, Gartner, Inc. 14 vendors were evaluated in Gartner's "MarketScope for Web Content Management, 2007"*.

Referring to the WCM market, the report cites: "the technology is becoming interesting again, and the sector is enjoying double-digit growth. WCM specialists, and the WCM leaders among ECM vendors, have adopted a Web-facing application/solution strategy to differentiate WCM from other parts of the ECM suite. They are focusing their development and marketing of front-end functions such as deployment, site management, analytics and personalization." The report also notes that, "Increasingly, however, "user" means the Web-site visitor, the content's ultimate audience. And with that user now a participant as well as a reader, business units are looking to their WCM systems to enable high level external processes such as marketing, customer support and relationship management on external sites internal processes like training, collaboration and employee self-service, and Web-centric processes such as advertisement insertion and search engine optimization."
