ABN AMRO bevestigt verkennende gesprekken met Barclays plc
Als onderdeel van haar strategie om waarde te creëren voor alle
belanghebbenden, voert ABN AMRO exclusieve, inleidende besprekingen
met Barclays plc over een mogelijke combinatie van de twee
organisaties.
Deze gesprekken zijn het resultaat van een zorgvuldige afweging om een
zeer complementaire partnership te creëren. De gesprekken zijn in een
vroege en verkennende fase en het is niet zeker of zij tot een
transactie zullen leiden.
