Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG.A; TSX: MG.B; NYSE: MGA) is holding its Annual and
Special Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at Roy Thomson Hall, 60 Simcoe
Street, Toronto, Ontario commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto time). The meeting will be
webcast live and can be accessed at www.magna.com. Magna will also announce its financial
results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007 on the morning of the meeting.
Magna will hold its quarterly conference call on Friday, May 11, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.
