MEERWAARDE EN VLOOTUITBREIDING
CMB bevestigt dat haar dochteronderneming Bocimar International het nieuwbouw
panamaxschip Jiangnan 2345 (2007 76.000 dwt) verkocht heeft.
De netto verkoopprijs bedraagt 65 miljoen USD. Bij de oplevering, voorzien in de loop van
het derde kwartaal, zal een meerwaarde van ongeveer 32 miljoen USD gerealiseerd worden.
Verder heeft Bocimar recent een tweedehands capesize-eenheid aangekocht. Het betreft de
Ingenious (1999 169.962 dwt). Het schip zal de Bocimar vloot vervoegen begin juni 2007.
De aankoopprijs bedraagt 64 miljoen USD.

Jiangnan 2345 (2007 76.000 tpl).
Le prix de vente net s'élève à USD 65 millions. A la livraison du navire, prévue dans le
courant du troisième trimestre, une plus-value d'environ USD 32 millions sera réalisée.
De plus, Bocimar a récemment acquis une unité Capesize de seconde main. Il s'agit de
l'Ingenious (1999 169.962 tpl). Le navire rejoindra la flotte début juin 2007. Le prix
d'achat s'élève à USD 64 millions.

CAPITAL GAIN AND FLEET EXPANSION
CMB confirms that its subsidiary Bocimar International has sold its newbuilding Panamax
vessel Jiangnan 2345 (2007 76,000 dwt).
The net sale price amounts to USD 65 million. At the time of delivery of the vessel,
scheduled to take place in the course of the third quarter, a capital gain of approximately
USD 32 million will be realised.
Further, Bocimar has recently acquired a second-hand Capesize unit. It concerns the vessel
Ingenious (1999 169,962 dwt). The ship will join the Bocimar fleet early June 2007. The
purchase price amounts to USD 64 million.
