Wildeboer junior partner at CMS Derks Star Busmann

On 1 July this year, L.J. (Luurt) Wildeboer, LL.M. (1967) will be taking up his new appointment as junior partner in the Administrative Law cluster of the Real Estate & Government practice group at CMS Derks Star Busmann in Utrecht.

Wildeboer studied environmental sciences and went on to study constitutional and administrative law. He began his legal career with the Council of State in The Hague as a staff lawyer. He then became a senior legal assistant at the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment, after which he joined Allen & Overy in 2000 as a lawyer in the Competition and Regulated Markets practice group.

Wildeboer specializes in environmental law and general administrative law, particularly in relation to matters of competition law, rates regulation, telecom and media law, energy law and aviation law. He regularly publishes articles on these subjects. In addition, he teaches at the VU Law Academy (energy law course) and CPO (VSO customized course on supervision and enforcement)
