Appointments Qurius Supervisory Board and Executive Board
24 April 2009 - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 April 2009 has appointed Mr Evert H. Smid as member of the Supervisory Board of Qurius N.V., in accordance with the binding nomination. Mr. Smid is founder and director of Eehaes Participaties B.V. and previous director of the Atlas Investeringsgroup N.V. As announced on 2 April 2009, Mr Erik Westerink has stepped down from the Supervisory Board as per 24 April 2009.
The same Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has appointed Mr Michiel Wolfswinkel as member of the Executive Board in the role of Chief Financial Officer, in accordance with the binding nomination.

Benoemingen Qurius Raad van Commissarissen en Raad van Bestuur
24 april 2009 - De Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van 24 april 2009 heeft conform de bindende voordracht de heer Evert H. Smid benoemd als lid van de Raad van Commissarissen van Qurius N.V. De heer Smid is oprichter en directeur van Eehaes Participaties B.V. en voormalig directeur van de Atlas Investeringsgroep N.V. Zoals aangekondigd op 2 april 2009 is de heer Erik Westerink per 24 april 2009 teruggetreden uit de Raad van Commissarissen.
Tevens heeft de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders de heer Michiel Wolfswinkel conform de bindende voordracht benoemd als Lid van de Raad van Bestuur in de functie van Chief Financial Officer.
