Herontdek de modern klassieken tijdens een drie gangen diner dat is geïnspireerd op de vertoonde film.
In Coffee and Cigarettes spelen internationale cultacteurs (Bill Murray, Roberto Benigni, Cate Blanchett, Steve Buscemi) en muzikanten (Tom Waits, Iggy Pop, Jack White, RZA), een serie komische, korte karakterschetsen die op elkaar voortbouwen waardoor er een cumulatief effect ontstaat. De personages bespreken onderwerpen uit alle hoeken en gaten, van ijslolly's met cafeïne, het Parijs van de jaren twintig, en het gebruik van nicotine als insectenverdelger terwijl ze aan een tafeltje koffie zitten te drinken, en sigaretten roken.
Terwijl Jarmusch rondneust in het dagelijks leven vanuit een vreemde hoek toont hij juist aan hoe boeiend de dagelijkse obsessies, vreugdes en verslavingen kunnen zijn.

Rediscover some everlasting modern classics while enjoying a 3 course dinner directly inspired by the film.
Starring an all-star international cast of cult actors (Bill Murray, Roberto Benigni, Cate Blanchett, Steve Buscemi) and musicians (Tom Waits, Iggy Pop, Jack White, RZA), Coffee and Cigarettes is a comic series of short vignettes that build on one another to create a cumulative effect. The characters discuss topics as diverse as caffeine popsicles, Paris in the twenties, and the use of nicotine as an insecticide, all the while sitting around sipping coffee and smoking cigarettes. As Jarmusch delves into the normal pace of our world from an extraordinary angle, he shows just how absorbing the obsessions, joys, and addictions of life can be.
