NIBC benoemt Gerard van Buttingha Wichers tot hoofd
Corporate Communicatie
NIBC heeft Gerard van Buttingha Wichers per 1 oktober 2010 benoemd tot Director en hoofd Corporate
Communicatie. In deze functie is Gerard verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten op het gebied van corporate
communicatie van NIBC, inclusief mediarelaties. Gerard is de opvolger van Peter Bodes, die zijn carrière voortzet als
onafhankelijk communicatieadviseur.
Gerard heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van Investor Relations en Corporate Communicatie. Hij werkte voor
verschillende grote (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen en als consultant. Voordat hij naar NIBC kwam, was hij Head
Communications & Branding bij ABN AMRO. Eerder bekleedde hij soortgelijke functies bij onder andere Essent,
Buhrmann, Bell Pottinger, TNT en KPN.
