Bit by bit, very slow progression
Wednesday June 15th 2016 we discussed again with your employer on the new collective agreement with an aimed start date at July 1st, 2016. Although there has been made some progress since our last meeting on May 24th, Sabic is making very small steps in the negotiation proces. Apparently,
this is the negotiation mode of Sabic and every millimeter of the negotiation table has to be explored by them before Sabic can make a step forward.
Results count
Ultimately, only results count so we still embrace the Dutch credo that patience will pay off. The next CLA negotiation had been planned on June 27th. At this moment it's still a bumpy road with some hurdles so it's not possible to point out each item on the table, further knowing that some
items possibly can change.
