Vlucht annuleringen - bijgewerkt 29 januari 2004 om 18.00
Het spijt easyJet dat een aantal vluchten vandaag geannuleerd zijn als
gevolg van de slechte weercondities in de UK- zie onderstaande lijst
voor details. Als gevolg van de recente sluiting van luchthavens staan
vliegtuigen niet in de juiste startpositie om de vluchtenschema's van
vandaag volgens schema te laten verlopen. Hierbij komt dat ernstig
oponthoud op de wegen, door sneeuw en ijs, betekent dat veel mensen
niet in staat zijn om op tijd op hun werk te zijn, wat heeft
geresulteerd in een tekort aan personeel.
Vluchten die voornamelijk last van het weer hebben zijn; in en uit
Bristol, Londen en Londen Stansted, daarom adviseert easyJet met klem
om passagiers die vandaag niet hoeven te reizen om hun plaats
kostenvrij om te zetten op een andere easyJet vlucht met dezelfde
bestemming (onderheven aan beschikbaarheid). Om te reizen rond eind
februari 2004 kan men contact op nemen met het easyJet Call Centre op
het nummer: 0870 6 000 000.

waarmee betaald is, bezoek dan 'contact opnemen' op de easyJet site en
vul in; the online claim form
Tevens willen we waarschuwen dat door de ernstige verkeersopstopping
rond Luton er ook personeel tekort is op het call centre. Als u
transferverzoek niet dringend is raden wij u aan om uw telefoontje uit
te stellen tot volgende week.
