Option NV : Correction of error in invitations
for annual meeting

De houders van effecten van de naamloze vennootschap "OPTION", Kolonel
Begaultlaan 45 te 3012 Leuven (Wilsele), worden ervan in kennis
gesteld dat in de bijeenroepingen voor de gewone algemene vergadering,
verschenen in De Tijd, Het Laatste Nieuw en L'Echo op 6 maart, 15
maart en op 16 maart 2004 en in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 15 maart
2004, bij materiële vergissing is vermeld dat deze gewone algemene
vergadering plaatsvindt op 29 maart 2004, daar waar dit diende te
worden vermeld als woensdag 31 maart 2004 om 10 uur, in de zetel van
de vennootschap.
De reeds ingeschreven aandeelhouders zullen individueel verwittigd
worden van de correcte datum waarop de jaarvergadering zal
plaatsvinden.
De volmachten met dezelfde materiële vergissing uit de bijeenroepingen
zullen als rechtsgeldig worden aanvaard.
