AMSTELVEEN, 18 april 2004 - De Directie van KLM heeft besloten om de door Air France voorgestelde "synergie bonus" niet te accepteren.
De Raad van Commissarissen van KLM is het eens met dit besluit.

AMSTELVEEN, April 18, 2004 - The Board of Managing Directors of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has decided not to accept the special synergy bonus as proposed by Air France.
The KLM Supervisory Board supports this decision.
