Amsterdam, 4 oktober 2004 - Facing Facts B.V. heeft per 1 oktober alle
activiteiten van Explainer DC overgenomen. Explainer DC is één van de
oudste internetbedrijven van Nederland en tot afgelopen vrijdag
onderdeel van het failliet verklaarde Real Time Company B.V. De
transactie is volledig uit eigen middelen van Facing Facts
gefinancierd.
Door de overname van Explainer DC wordt de klantenportefeuille van
Facing Facts aanzienlijk uitgebreid. Met de overname kan Facing Facts
haar klanten tevens gecertificeerde ondersteuning bieden in Microsoft
.Net projecten. Explainer DC is sinds 2002 Gold Certified partner van
Microsoft en heeft meerdere websites op basis van dit platform
opgeleverd.
Met de overname door Facing Facts is de voortgezette dienstverlening
aan de klanten van Explainer DC gewaarborgd. Facing Facts is een
dochtermaatschappij van MarketXS, een toonaangevende aanbieder van

Facing Facts acquires Explainer DC
Amsterdam, October 4, 2004 - Facing Facts B.V., the web application
development company located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, today
announced that it has acquired all activities of Explainer DC.
Explainer DC is one of the first Internet companies in the Netherlands
and formed part of Real Time Company B.V. until last Friday, when Real
Time Company was declared bankrupt. The transaction has been financed
entirely from existing Facing Facts means.
With the acquisition Facing Facts has expanded its customer portfolio
considerably. Facing Facts now also offers its customers certified
support in Microsoft .NET projects. Explainer DC is Gold Certified
partner of Microsoft since 2002, and has built several websites based
on this platform.
The acquisition guarantees the continuity of services for customers of
Explainer DC. Facing Facts is a subsidiary of MarketXS, a leading
provider of real-time market data technology and trading solutions.
