Strijdt voor waarheid, gerechtigheid en gelijkwaardigheid in het familierecht
De gebeurtenissen in Engeland tonen aan hoe groot het mensen- en kinderrechten probleem inmiddels is, dat wordt veroorzaakt door de buitensluiting van vaders en kinderen in de familierechtspraak. Niet alleen in Engeland zijn wanhopige vaders in actie gekomen om tegen de falende familierechtspraak te protesteren. De gebeurtenissen gisteren in de Rechtbank Den Haag bij het proces tegen de wanhopige Roemeense vader V. Grosu - die op de verjaardag van zijn zoontje Andrei op 14 september j.l. naar Den Haag was gekomen om tegen de buitensluiting van hem en zijn zoontje te protesteren bij de Internationale Gerechtshoven lieten een hardvochtig Nederlands OM zien dat deze vader in plaats van hulp tegen onrecht alleen 12 maanden cel en repressie te bieden had.
