Sawyer Appointed Vice President and General Manager, Europe/Middle East/Africa, for
Reynolds and Reynolds International

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company's (NYSE: REY) Reynolds International unit today
announced the appointment of Bob Sawyer as vice president and general manager,
Europe/Middle East/Africa.
Sawyer was most recently general manager of the Americas group for Reynolds
International, where he was responsible for product and market development efforts with
partners and OEMs. He earlier served as vice president of the OEM Solutions Group and
vice president, Customer Education. He joined Reynolds in 1974.
'Bob has shown strong leadership throughout his more than 30 years with Reynolds in a
variety of challenging roles,' said Doug Ventura, executive vice president, Reynolds
International and Corporate Services. 'He has demonstrated keen operational skills in
sales, service, marketing, product management and new ventures. Bob's experiences in
integrating acquired businesses and working with OEMs are important assets as we scale
our businesses outside the U.S.'
Sawyer is based at Reynolds International's EMEA headquarters in Chavannes,
Switzerland.
Sawyer succeeds Peter Wenger. Wenger is retiring from Reynolds but will remain part of
Reynolds International's senior management team in a consulting capacity.
