Ordina reinforces position in public sector by intended acquisition
of IBAS
Ordina N.V. hereby announces that, today, it signed a letter of intent for the acquisition
of all shares in the capital of IBAS Consulting B.V., IBAS ICT B.V. and IBAS Nederland
B.V. These three companies together accommodate all activities of the IBAS Group.
