DBM, a global human capital management and transitions firm, today announced the resignation of Charles Kalmbach, President and Chief Executive Officer. Kalmbach plans to spend more time on his various Board of Directors related activities outside of DBM.

DBM will name a new president and chief executive officer tomorrow.

During his tenure at DBM, Kalmbach recruited a new global leadership team and guided the organization through restructuring and process improvements while adding new transition services to DBM's core outplacement business. DBM's Board of Directors wishes Kalmbach well in his future endeavors.
