ABN AMRO verhoogt belang in Banca Antonveneta met 8,83% tot 72,46%
ABN AMRO heeft vandaag haar belang in Banca Antonveneta verder
uitgebreid door de aankoop van 8,83% van de aandelen tegen een koers
van EUR 26,50 per aandeel, conform de overeenkomst met enkele
aandeelhouders zoals bekendgemaakt op 26 september 2005.
Met de recente aankopen in de openbare markt van aandelen in Banca
Antonveneta meegerekend, is het belang van ABN AMRO in Banca
Antonveneta toegenomen tot 72,46% van het totaal uitstaande
aandelenkapitaal.
Op 27 februari 2006 bracht ABN AMRO in Italië een verplicht openbaar
bod van EUR 26,50 in contanten uit op de aandelen van Banca
Antonveneta die zij nog niet in bezit had.De biedingsperiode eindigt
op 31 maart 2006. Het biedingsbericht is voor in Italië woonachtige
beleggers in het Italiaans beschikbaar op de ABN AMRO website
www.abnamro.com/antonveneta. Een Engelse vertaling is op verzoek
verkrijgbaar.
