In connection with the global offering and introduction to listing and trading of the non-voting common units of Conversus Capital, L.P. (the "Company"), the Company announces that it has been informed by Banc of America Securities LLC, acting as stabilisation manager, that, apart from an unsuccessful offer on June 29, 2007 to purchase common units at the price of US$ 25.00, no stabilisation activities were undertaken.
