ICT completes acquisition Strypes Bulgaria

ICT Automatisering (ICT) announces that today it has completed the purchase of 100% of the shares of Strypes Bulgaria, a specialist in embedded software development. The acquisition will have a direct positive impact on ICT's earnings per share as of January 2015.
The acquisition enhances ICT's offering to its current and new clients as it increases ICT's near shoring capacity substantially. In addition it responds to the shortage of highly skilled technical staff in the Netherlands. Strypes' project-based approach and modern development techniques will
contribute to ICT's offering.
